B. Cuties Mascot

This was a character I created for the Busty Cuties Art group. I never gave her a name, I thought about making her a rival for Toppy (giving everyone rival's nowadays). This was more of a bread for all of the superdatailed commissions that I have been working on for the past couple of weeks.
