Where was this one in the show? This is the towns local party DJ Vinal Scratch. This one took the Longest to finish cause like the Twilight Sparkle pic, I had to use two art programs to get the lighting just right. 

I'm going to go out on a limb here and assume that She and Pinkie Pie are best friends and she provides the music to the town? Hyper? am I close here?
